Today, I took a major step in my coming out process. I came out officially last may, but only to a few people. I made my dA account shortly after that, and I kept my face off of it because of a fear that people would read my gay themed literature and see me and well, you can imagine the rest. Today, something in me said screw it, this is ridiculous. I felt a twinge of self esteem, so I took a picture with my webcam while sitting in Einstein's Bagel's while doing my math homework. So ya. As far as I'm concerned, anyone that I care about knowing, would either never gossip about it, or never be on a site this awesome And fuck the rest. It felt really good, to own up to myself in a way. In my mind, by doing something as simple as changing my ID, it's like admitting that I wrote those things, that those are MY thoughts and those are MY pictures. (here's hoping that doesn't sound terribly egotistical) Who knows, maybe some day I'll have another twinge and I'll link to facebook. Baby steps.

I went on a hiatus, and just recently started to recreate works on the site. So, to spread awareness of the site (and my stuff) ((What? Artists are egotistical!))
